Biography
Scott Ammaturo is Senior Managing Director, Head of ATM Trading with B. Riley Securities responsible for executing ATM programs for issuers. He has 25+ years of experience in equity trading as well as sales and relationship management.
Mr. Ammaturo has executed more than 1,000 ATM programs and over 50 equity credit facilities. He has supported more than 700+ publicly traded companies in accessing capital efficiently and effectively within the public markets.
Prior to B. Riley, he held positions at FBR and Pulse Trading as well as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in his 25+ years in the business.
Mr. Ammaturo is a Series 4, 7, 24, 55, and 63 licensed professional and received his B.S from Montclair State University.
