Flagship Investor Conference

As the premier West Coast investment and networking event, B. Riley Securities' Annual Investor Conference is a two-day, invitation-only event that gathers key executives from approximately 200 public and private companies to showcase their stories to an audience of over 1,000 attendees spanning institutional investors, financial sponsors, corporate clients and select members of the press. The conference features a full two-day comprehensive schedule with multiple tracks including Research Analyst-moderated fireside chats and panel discussions. Corporate management teams are available for one-on-one and small group meetings with investors.

Consumer & TMT Conference

September 2025 marked our 8th Annual Consumer & TMT Conference in New York. The event featured approximately 50 companies, 275 attendees and 350 meetings.

Our lunch panel, Consumer, Capital & Code: How AI is Powering the Next Wave of Consumer Finance, featured fintech founders Dee Choubey (MoneyLion), Jason Wilk (Dave) and Charlie Youakim (Sezzle) and was moderated by CNBC's Hugh Son.






Energy Convergence Conference

In December 2024, and at an inflection point as the mining, nuclear and infrastructure sectors converged, this timely event gathered a diverse selection of public companies and industry experts representing the mining, nuclear energy, and U.S. infrastructure sectors with a dynamic community of middle market institutional investors.

Our 2024 conference included approximately 100 investors, 50 corporate reps across 20+ participating companies, 400+ meetings and 2 topical and insightful panels.
