Biography
Matt Feinberg serves as Co-Head of Investment Banking at B. Riley Securities, bringing over 20 years of investment banking experience and deep sector expertise across energy transition and institutional finance.
Prior to this role, Mr. Feinberg served as Senior Managing Director at Yorkville Securities as well as Senior Managing Director and Head of the Energy Transition Investment Banking team at B. Riley Securities and its predecessor firms, FBR Capital Markets and MLV & Co.
Prior to joining the founding team of MLV, Mr. Feinberg worked at Credit Suisse in the Alternative Investments and Investment Banking Divisions.
Mr. Feinberg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
