Biography
Joe Nardini Jr. is a Vice President at B. Riley Securities responsible for deal execution across the Digital Infrastructure, Technology, and Diversified Industrials sectors. He has five years of experience supporting clients in Equity and Debt Financings and Mergers and Acquisitions. He has successfully executed over $45 billion of transactions during his tenure at B. Riley Securities.
Mr. Nardini graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the
University of Richmond. He is a FINRA Series 79 and 63 registered
representatives.
