Greg Crooks

Greg Crooks is a Senior Managing Director in healthcare investment banking, bringing two decades of experience and having executed 140+ transactions representing $30B in aggregate value. His transaction experience in the biopharma and life sciences sector includes initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, ATMs, convertibles, debt and strategic M&A advisory.

Mr. Crooks joins B. Riley Securities from BTIG, where he served as Managing Director until August 2025, and previously held senior roles include Cantor Fitzgerald, Jefferies and J.P. Morgan. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Maryland and a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
