Chad Ritchie

Chad Ritchie is a Managing Director with B. Riley Securities responsible for Equity Capital Markets. He has more than 25 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking and institutional sales. Prior to B. Riley, he held positions as Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets at Williams Trading and Managing Director, Investment Banking at ThinkEquity. Prior to his investment banking career, Chad spent more than 10 years in the sports industry, beginning with Advantage International (now Octagon), where he negotiated television rights with each of the major networks and packaged corporate sponsorships for major event properties in professional golf and tennis, college football, the Olympic Games and others, as well as negotiated endorsement and sponsorship agreements for athletes in the NFL, NBA, PGA, ATP and WTA Tours and others. He holds a BA from Duke University.
