August 17, 2026 -- B. Riley Securities, Inc., a leading full-service investment bank, acted as Co-Lead Underwriter in a bought deal public offering for Ucore Rare Metals Inc. (TSXV: UCU | OTCQX: UURAF), which closed on August 13, 2026, raising aggregate gross proceeds of C$69,004,600, including the full exercise of the over-allotment option. Ucore issued a total of 24,644,500 common shares at a price of C$2.80 per share.
Ucore intends to use the net proceeds to fund the ongoing development of its Louisiana Strategic Metals Complex (SMC), a pivotal step in the company's vision to support a more diversified and resilient North American Rare Earth Elements (REE) supply chain, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
